With barely two months to go until Christmas — and even fewer days until Hanukkah — a group of female artisan-entrepreneurs has teamed up to power a new holiday gift-buying experience in Fort Worth.

They've boldly and definitively called it The Shoppe. (Like "shop," with an extra, two-letter boost of holiday shopping fuel.)

Allison Castillo Designs has set up the pop-up "Shoppe" with the owners of home decor purveyors A Friendly Arrangement and Sevargo in the buzzy WestBend shopping center.

The new 1,000-square-foot, temporary store will offer upscale fashion, home decor, paper goods, and hostess gifts through the holidays.

"The Shoppe will come to fruition through three brands that share a vision to provide Fort Worth shoppers with colorful, gift ready, unique pieces for home, life, and office in an environment designed to inspire creativity," a release says.

The walls of the space are adorned with pieces of Castillo's vibrant, bold artwork, which are available for direct purchase, as well. Castillo, a Fort Worth native and accomplished graphic designer and painter, has become a popular commissioned artist among the city's art lovers.
